Reading
Technologies (RTi) specializes in the design and manufacture
of high performance filtration systems, and application
dryers for a wide range of industries that use compressed
air in their operations. Every pneumatic system carries
contaminates in the form of dirt, water, and oil vapor.
RTi's products effectively remove these contaminates, increasing
the efficiency and the life of your pneumatic components.
The patented Inverse-Flow Technology is in every Reading
product. The Inverse-Flow filter will outperform any other
filter on the market.
The
filter uses four steps in removing the contaminates:
1. The air flows in a circular motion, forcing the large
particles to the sides of the bowl and down to the sump
drain.
2. The air is then forced directly downward, followed by
a 180* upward turn into the filter. The contamination is
not capable of reversing direction and must separate from
the airflow, and drain into the sump.
3. The flow then moves through a stainless steel element.
Filtration is to 3.0 micron with greater than 99% efficiency.
4. The final filter captures sub-micron water droplets,
which have bypassed the stainless steel wire and mesh, and
delivers filtered air to 1.0 micron.
Room
Dryers
RTi compressor room dryers deliver fault-free performance
for pneumatic systems ranging from fractional horsepower
units to 400 horsepower compressors. The installation
of the RTi dryer ensures reduced dew points throughout
the pneumatic system. |
Coalescers
RTi manufacturers a wide variety of coalescing filters
for the reduction of oil carry over in a gas system,
with extremely high efficiency. The coalescers have
extremely tight pore structure units and deliver up
to 0.1 micron filtration, utilizing the four methods
of filtration. |
Eliminex
Reading manufacturers a very diverse line of patented
inverse flow separators with 3.0 micron filtration for
the protection of compressor room dryers and plant systems.
The installation of Eliminex units will reduce the migration
of water and dirt to down stream components. |
Eliminex
Combo
The Eliminex Combo combines the technologies of Eliminex
and coalescer filters in a two stage unit that is designed
to eliminate condensed liquids in the main line, and
reduce carryover of oil aerosol greater then 0.01 micron
in size. The installation of an Eliminex Combo unit
will eliminate harmful contamination in the main line
extending the life of downstream components. |
Eliminizer
The Eliminizer point of use dryer incorporates the patented
inverse flow technology, and is engineered specifically
to remove condensed liquids and dirt greater than 1.0
micron. This dryer is most effective when installed
as close as possible to the application, and can handle
flows to 150 SCFM. |
Eliminizer
Combo
The RTi Eliminizer Combo incorporates the clean, dry
air of the Eliminizer dryer/filter with a high efficiency
coalescer. This multi stage unit is designed for water,
dirt, and oil removal to 0.01 micron in the second stage.

Eliminator
Desiccant Dryer
This dryer is a multi-housing point-of-use, manually
regenerated dryer. Specifically engineered for low-flow
application, the Eliminator is best suited for intermittent
airflow in the range of 0.1-7 SCFM. The installation
of the desiccant dryer will produce clean, dew point
suppressed air at your application. |
