The Engineered Solutions Group, formerly known as Analytical Process Systems, offers a wide range of solutions utilizing a variety of products and technologies. We can create a custom system for your unique needs and specific requirements, or offer you a system from our full line of standard products that we have developed.
All of our systems are designed, assembled and tested at our facility in Auburn Hills, allowing us total control over every aspect of your project. This ensures you the highest standards of quality, flexibility and responsivness.

More info: APS and Signal Instrument have a joint agreement to market each other's products in their respective areas of trade. Signal will be the exclusive sales and service agent for Analytical Process Systems in the UK. APS will market and service Signal's products exclusively in the United States and Canada.
Signal manufactures a complete line of gas analyzers, calibrated gas blenders and analyzer systems. They offer CO, CO2 and SO2 analysis using their Series 2000 and 7000 Infra Red Analyzers. The NOx analyzers utilize their Chemiluminescent and Hydrocarbons use their Flame Ionization Detectors (FID's). APS and Signal products coupled together with our special systems engineering capabilities offers a unique advantage to our customers for complete emission testing solutions.

Nova will represent the full line of APS equipment in Germany; including canister conditioning systems, sample collection systems, mini-SHED's, and vehicle exhaust simulators. APS will represent Nova's exhaust gas measurement equipment in North America; including the Microtol 4 Transient Minitunnel, CVS-Systems, and Emission Test Beds.

Hankook, a leading Test & Engineering Services firm since 1996, will represent APS' Emission Test & Specialty Equipment portfolio for the Automotive, Engine, and Research markets with products such as: Carbon Canister Test Systems, Sample Collection Systems, Fuel Delivery & Conditioning Systems, Vehicle Exhaust Simulators, and Mini SHED's. Presently, Hancook serves customers including Asia Motors Co., Siemens Korea, Daewoo Motor Co., Hyundai Motor Co., Kia Motors Corp., and Samsung Motor Inc.
Hankook provides proven solutions for the Korean automotive testing and manufacturing industry. With a growing staff of sales and service engineers Hankook personnel can interface with the APS team to offer standard products, product modifications, or custom equipment design and build services. Hankook is available for application review, specification assistance, start-up and training, plus routine calibration services.
